Please Note Effective March 15, 2023: You agree, in order for us to service your account or to collect any amounts you may owe, we may contact you by telephone at any telephone number associated with your account, including wireless telephone numbers, which could result in charges to you. We may also contact you by sending text messages or emails, using any email address you provide us. Methods of contact may include using pre-recorded or artificial voice messages and/or the use of an automatic dialing device, as applicable. 

  • I/We have read this disclosure and agree that City of Corinth may contact me/us as described above.
  • All bills for service rendered are due when issued. If the bill is paid after the due date indicated, a late charge will be assessed. Bills not paid in full by the final due date of the month will be charged a $50 service fee and will be subject to disconnection.
  • All accounts are required, by City Ordinance, to have a deposit on file, no exceptions.
  • New residents are able to pay the deposit at the Utility Billing Department at City Hall or by phone using a Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover. If paying deposit by phone, a utility billing staff member will call the number provided within 1 business day to process.
  • New account start dates are available during normal business hours which are Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. Please submit application no less than 24 hours prior to start date.
