Go digital & receive your utility bill electronically via email!
To sign up for paperless bills, fill out the E-Billing form.
MyCorinth Mobile App Payments
To pay your utility bills using the MyCorinth mobile app, download the free app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then, click the Utility Billing Icon located on the home page spindle. Next, log in with your online payment details, or create an account.
Online Bill Pay
You can now access the online portal to pay utility bills from the comfort of your home or office with no credit card fees. View real-time account balances, payment amounts, due dates, consumption history, and make payments all online. The City of Corinth accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover cards for payment. To register for online access to your utility account, visit the Utility Billing Online Payment Center.
Pay by Phone Call or Text Message
The City accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover cards for payment. To pay over the phone, call (940) 498-3200 option 3, then option 1; have your account number available to enter into the IVR system. Please note that credit card numbers are not held in the system for future payments.
Once you make one payment using our automated phone service, you are eligible for the text-to-pay services. The text to pay service allows residents to receive account balances and make payments via texting using their smartphones.
Payment Bank Draft
Avoid paying late fees! This free program is a convenient option designed to make bill paying as easy as possible for our customers. Bank drafting allows your utility bill to be paid directly from your financial institution through your checking account on your due day. Please note that we are unable to draft credit cards on a monthly recurring basis. Access the Bank Drafting Form to get started!
Mailed Utility Payments
You may pay your utility bill by personal check, cashier check, or money order. Delivery must be received in office by close of business on due date to avoid the delinquent fee. Please detach your payment stub from your utility bill and include with your payment.
Drop Box
Customers may drop their utility payments in the drop box located in the visitor parking lot of City Hall at 3300 Corinth Parkway. Pay by personal check, money order, or cashier check. Please do not put cash in the drop box.
In Person
Customers can make payments at City Hall using cash, money order, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover card with one of those logos.
