Recognizing that as the use of technology is rapidly increasing and how people communicate is ever-changing, the City of Corinth believes it is critical to our success to use technology to communicate with and best serve our residents in a digital environment.

In order to support our efforts to use our digital communication tools effectively to improve access, transparency, engagement, and become a leader in digital government in Texas, we are committed to exploring new and innovative ways to connect with and engage our residents.

We are also committed to providing digital services for residents and stakeholders alike to take care of services and get the information they need - when and where they need it - without taking a trip to City Hall.

 

City Administration: Visit the Staff Directory for phone numbers and emails. Residents can reach City Hall at (940) 498-3200. Residents can reach the City Secretary at CitySecretary@cityofcorinth.com.

Utility Billing: Need to transfer service? Submit a moving request? Pay your utility bill? All of these services and more can be viewed on the Utility Billing Online Center. Utility Billing may also be contacted at UtilityBilling@cityofcorinth.com or (940) 498-3202.

Trash and Recycling Services: Garbage, recycling, household hazardous waste pickup, and yard waste services are provided by Community Waste Disposal. To contact CWD, please email customerservice@cwd.to or call (972) 392-9300, option 2.

Municipal Court: Citations may be paid online on the Municipal Court Payment Site. Court staff can be contacted at Court@cityofcorinth.com or by phone at (940) 498-3201.  

Development Services: The Development Services Department encourages the use of digital submittal or resubmittal of building permits, site plans, and zoning requests. Please email your plans along with any pertinent supporting documentation to Submittals@cityofcorinth.com. If you have any questions regarding the City's digital submittal process please send those questions to the submittal email.

Building Inspections: Please contact the Building Division at BuildingOfficial@cityofcorinth.com or call (940) 498-3207.

Neighborhood Services: Use our online Report a Concern Center to submit complaints about possible code violations or contact the Neighborhood Services Coordinator at CodeEnforcement@cityofcorinth.com or (940) 498-3274.

Police and Fire Services: For non-emergency calls, please call (940) 349-1600, option 9. Non-emergency requests can also be submitted online through the Report a Concern Center for both departments. Fire permits, inspections and plan review services will be limited. To schedule please call (940) 279-4590.

Animal Control Services: The City of Corinth contracts with the Town of Hickory Creek for Animal Shelter services. Contact the Hickory Creek Animal Shelter at (940) 465-7444 for adoptions, redemption, and owner releases. Contact the Denton County Sheriff's Department at (940) 349-1600, option 9 for all other animal service calls. If you are the victim of or need to report an animal bite and it is an emergency, please dial 911.

Oncor Streetlight Outage Reporting: To report a damaged or broken streetlight, visit the Oncor Streetlight Outage Reporting website on any device. Residents can search for a streetlight on the map, identify the problem, and submit a report.

Public Works: We encourage residents to submit concerns or requests through the Report a Concern Center. Staff can also be reached by calling (940) 498-7501. Concerns after hours can be directed to (940) 465-6698.

Park and Sports Facilities: Any concerns regarding park maintenance can be reported online through the Report a Concern Center or by calling (940) 498-7501. Concerns after hours can be directed to (940) 465-6692.
