Refund Policy

A 75% refund will be granted when requested more than two weeks prior to the class, league, program, or event start date. If a request is made less than two weeks prior to the class, league, program, or event start date, a 50% refund will be granted. Refunds will not be granted once a class, league, program or event begins. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. In the event that the Recreation Division cancels a class, league, program, or event, a full refund will be assessed. Convenience fees will not be refunded at any time.

​Photographs

The Recreation Division frequently takes photographs and videos of people enjoying the programs, special events, parks, and facilities. These photographs and videos are for use in Recreation Division publications, which may include, but are not limited to brochures, flyers, social media, and cable programs. They are used at the Recreation Division's discretion and become its sole property. 

​Cancellation Policy

The Recreation Division reserves the right to cancel any class, activity, or league that does not meet the registration requirements.

ADA Policy

The Recreation Division welcomes and encourages all individuals and families from our community to participate in programs and facilities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability. 

Waiting List

If an activity is full, you may ask to have your name placed on the waiting list. In the event a spot becomes available, staff will notify persons on the waitlist (in order) and offer registration. Payment for the activity will be required at the time of registration.
