Claims Process

  1. Call 1 (866) 922-9006 to begin the claims process. The customer service representative triages the claim.
  2. Once the claim is accepted, a Contractor is assigned.
  3. Upon completion, the contractor processes the claim directly with SWLA. The homeowner is asked to complete a post-repair satisfaction survey.
