CORINTH EARNS FIVE STATE COMMUNICATION AWARDS

CORINTH, TX, December 18, 2025 – The City of Corinth’s Communications and Marketing Department has been recognized with five statewide awards in 2025, highlighting excellence in event promotion, multimedia storytelling, and government video programming. The honors were presented by the Texas Festivals & Events Association (TFEA) and the Texas Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (TATOA).

Texas Festivals & Events Association (TFEA)

The Texas Festivals & Events Association (TFEA) represents festivals and events from across the state that showcase and celebrate Texas history, culture, art, folklore, and natural beauty. Through its annual awards program, TFEA recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellence in event planning, marketing, and community engagement. In recognition of these efforts, the City of Corinth received the following awards:

  • Gold Award – Best Multimedia Component: Event Marketing Scroll
  • Silver Award – Best Multimedia Component: Keep Corinth Beautiful Butterfly Garden Workdays
  • Bronze Award – Best Outdoor Billboard: Shamrock & Roll

Texas Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (TATOA)

The TATOA Government Programming Awards honor outstanding achievement in government video programming throughout the state of Texas, recognizing projects that demonstrate excellence in storytelling, production quality, and public engagement. Through these awards, TATOA highlights communications efforts that effectively inform and connect with residents. In this year’s competition, the City of Corinth earned the following honors:

  • First Place – Lake Cities Fire Department Tiller Truck
  • Second Place – Corinth Butterfly Garden

“These awards reflect the creativity, professionalism, and dedication of our Communications and Marketing team,” said city staff. “Their work plays a vital role in informing residents, promoting community events, and showcasing the people and programs that make Corinth a great place to live.”
