Division Mission

The mission of the City of Corinth Neighborhood Services Division is to have a positive impact on the City as a whole and to improve the quality of life throughout the community. Neighborhood Services will achieve these objectives through professionalism and positive interaction with the community. Neighborhood Services will respond promptly to all reported violations, educate the public on nuisance ordinances, and continue to provide quality service to the community. 

Common Code Violations

The ten most common violations that are addressed by the Neighborhood Services Division are:

  • High grass and weeds
  • Parking over the sidewalk or on an unapproved surface
  • Trash and debris
  • Waste receptacles
  • Property maintenance
  • Fence deterioration
  • Junk and abandoned vehicles
  • Stagnant pools
  • Right of way obstructions trees or tree limbs
  • Work without a permit

How to Report Possible Violations

Citizens may report possible violations in the following ways:

  • Use our online Report a Concern Center to submit complaints about possible code violations.
    • Note: If your complaint is regarding a vehicle, RV, boat, or trailer that is located on the street, or any noise complaint, you may submit it through our online Report a Concern Center, or you may contact the Corinth Police Department at (940) 279-1500.
  • Contact the Neighborhood Services Coordinator at (940) 498-3274.
  • In person anytime Monday - Thursday between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. City Hall is located at 3300 Corinth Parkway, Corinth, Texas 76208.
