The Corinth Police Department invites its neighbors to participate in the National Night Out campaign on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. This community-building event is designed to heighten crime prevention awareness while strengthening neighborhood spirit.
Corinth Police Officers will be visiting block parties, lemonade stands, barbeques, and ice cream socials in an effort to create strong partnerships between police and the people they serve.
“By building a city-wide alliance with our residents and business owners, we can proactively fight crime and continue to live in one of the safest cities in Texas,” explained Lieutenant Jimmie Gregg. “We are looking forward to attending your parties and having those conversations about prevention and education.”
Businesses and communities are encouraged to register their event by filling out the registration form so the officers will know who and where to visit. For more information, contact the Police Department at 940-279-1500.
