Prospective suppliers of materials, supplies, or services may request to be added to the City of Corinth bidder’s list by filling out the Bidder’s List Application and faxing, mailing, or emailing it back to our office.
After being added to the City of Corinth bidder list, suppliers must remain active by participating in the bidding process. Suppliers that fail to participate over a period of time will be dropped from the active bidder list.
The City of Corinth Purchasing Department should be notified of any changes in name, address, telephone number, email address, contact person and additions or deletions of available products or services.

Conflict of Interest Questionnaire
This questionnaire shall be filed in accordance with Chapter 176, Local Government Code by a person who has a business relationship as defined by Section 176.001(1-a) with the City of Corinth and the person meets requirements under Section 176.006(a).
By law this questionnaire must be filed with the records administrator of the City of Corinth not later than the 7th business day after the date the person becomes aware of facts that require the statement to be filed. See Section 176.006, Local Government Code.
A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates Section 176.006, Local Government Code. An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
